ARCHITECTURE

Architecture is where art meets science—it’s about designing spaces that define how we live, work, and connect. More than constructing buildings, architecture expresses our culture, values, and aspirations.

This course nurtures creative thinkers who design habitable, meaningful spaces. It blends science, technology, and the humanities, offering a deep dive into design, culture, philosophy, and social impact. From interiors to landscapes, students learn to shape environments that inspire.

THE INSTITUTE

The School of Architecture at COET Akola, approved by the Council of Architecture, New Delhi, is a pioneer in architectural education in the region.

We foster architects who are imaginative, eco-conscious, and socially aware—equipped to lead with innovation and integrity. Our graduates go on to excel in diverse fields like Urban Design, Interior Design, Sustainability, Planning, and Conservation.

Guided by experienced faculty and a vibrant learning culture, our student-centric approach promotes creativity, critical thinking, and hands-on learning.

Our belief: “Work Locally to be Known Globally.”

We are pleased to announce that from the academic session 2025–26, we are set to introduce a new programme—Diploma in Architecture (D.Arch. Interior Design)—subject to approval from the Maharashtra State Board of Technical Education (MSBTE), Mumbai. This initiative reflects our continued commitment to expanding academic horizons and meeting the diverse needs of the design profession.
In line with our reputation as a pioneering institution, the School of Architecture strives to address the evolving challenges and opportunities in the fields of Architecture and Planning across the country.
We take immense pride in our graduates, many of whom have secured successful placements through on-campus and off-campus drives or have pursued higher education in esteemed national and international universities. A number of our distinguished alumni are serving as academicians in reputed institutions, while many others are thriving as practicing architects in metropolitan cities across India and abroad.
Our academic programmes are thoughtfully designed to equip students with the knowledge and skills necessary to shape human settlements that are sustainable, aesthetically pleasing, and responsive to the needs of society and the environment.
We remain dedicated to nurturing creative minds and responsible professionals who will shape the built environment of the future.
